Seven-up Pound Cake
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cup butter
3 cups of sugar
5 eggs
3 cups of flour
2 tablespoons of lemon extract
3/4 cup of 7-up
Instructions:
Preheat oven 325.
Cream butter and sugar in a bowl till light and fluffy.
Add eggs 1 at a time. Beat well.
Add flour, beat in lemon extract.
Add 7-up
Pour into well greased and floured jumbo fluted mold.
Bake @ 325 for 1hr and 15 minutes.
